A: LeadConnection is a lead management system dedicated to collecting, managing and distributing leads. LeadConnection provides a systematic and efficient avenue between lead generation and lead sales, enhancing the exchange process between buyers and sellers. Our software offers a simplified process for selling leads to interested buyers and affiliates through designated channels and queries.

Q: Are there long-term contracts for using LeadConnection software?
A: No, we do not require long-term contracts. All our fees are month to month and based on the number of records collected and stored monthly.



Q: Can I import leads from external systems?
A: Yes. Through LeadConnection's FTP Import feature you can manually import files from another FTP server or schedule automatic imports.



Q: How long does it take to start using the software?
A: Once a user has signed up and paid for services, the system is automatically made available. All accounts are activated immediately and a brief 10-minute demonstration video is included with our intuitive software interface.



Q: Can our company have multiple users access the system?
A: Yes. Accounts are divided into two categories: Users and Managers. Managers have full control over the account and can specify each user's access limitations. This system is fully customizable with total client control. You decide your users range of access and limitations. Billing is NOT based on the number of users but the number of incoming records per month.



Q: What lead management support services are offered?
A: As with all Forona products, we provide 100% support via live chat and our browser enabled e-mail support desk at no extra charge.



Q: How do I know my data is secure?
A: All user logins, passwords and data is stored in an encrypted database behind hardware level firewalls along with the best ongoing SQL Injection protection.



Q: How do I backup my information and data?
A: Data can be exported at any time by any authorized user. However, LeadConnection infrastructure replicates your data through our SQL cluster, which includes 4 heavy duty RAID 5 database servers for added redundancy and data protection.



Q: How effective is LeadConnection's scrubbing feature?
A: 100% and it is applied in real time with no delay. Currently, a user can match e-mail and zip code fields from other DM's or channels.



Q: How much training do I need to proficiently use the software?
A: Full support in all aspects of using our software is bundled with every new account. Additionally, LeadConnection offers a 10-minute introduction video demonstrating our software's complete capabilities. We also host a one hour training session for all of our clients. This training should leave any user comfortable with how to utilize our system to maximize their lead management and distribution methods.

Q: Can this be integrated with our current system?
A: Yes. LeadConnection is compatible with all other lead management systems on the market. Our system works seamlessly with all types of leads and can operate with numeric, symbolic, or alphabetical data.



Q: What are the minimum system requirements to operate LeadConnection?
